Recently, the Tax Administration Service (SAT) announced the Tax Miscellaneous Resolution for 2024, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), which ends the extension of the non-application of fines and penalties to those who did not have the issuance of a Digital Tax Receipt via Internet (CFDI) with CCP by December 31, entering into effect on January 1.
Likewise, a week ago the SAT indicated that the CFDI with CCP in its version 2.0 will continue to be issued until March 31, 2024.
It is worth remembering that the CCP accredits the legal stay and/or possession of goods or merchandise during the transfer in national territory, as well as identifying the origin and destination of the goods or merchandise.
In October, when the SAT released version 3.0 of the CCP, it noted that from January 2022 to September 2023, 602 million 767 thousand 439 invoices have been issued with this document through the SAT's free invoicing services and through Authorized Certification Providers (PAC).
